Research Interests: My research focuses on the isolation, identification, and application of natural substances from various sources: microorganisms, plants, and agricultural waste. In our laboratory, we perform extractions and separations of substances from natural sources while examining the biological activity of the extracts for various purposes such as the development of pesticides, food additives, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. We aim to cover all stages of the research - screening of extracts while examining their composition and/or biological activity, separation and identification of the most active components, with the ultimate goal of applying the active components in the field and industry.
